I read and enjoyed the LinkedIn post from the SME Forum on your company page about the McKinsey report that predicts that digital technology investment will continue to lead client engagement strategies as a result of the pandemic and agree that Asset Managers who lagged in this area are finding they now have an even bigger gap that they must fill.   I can't wait to see how this concept will fit into the agenda for the upcoming Spring Forum, Forever Changed?

Hoping that McKinsey will conduct a post assessment of their earlier predictions.

@jimnichols Yes, this continues to be a very relevant topic and it came up last week at our Spring 2022 Forum in Newport Beach.  I will reach out to our McKinsey contacts on this.
