There is a revolution in the world of technology happening now. It has been evolving for many decades but it’s capacity to exponentially impact our personal and professional lives has started to become clearer these past few years. At the Forum we experienced an initial trepidation to engage with the new developments in this space, to quickly embracing its possibilities without understanding how, and now, we believe, our initial expectations of how AI can positively impact our operations and customer experiences alike are becoming much more realistic. Hence, OUR “Evolution in a Revolution”. Our industry is known as a slow adopter but this technology will not allow for fast adoption later. We must find ways to prepare for and evolve with the opportunities it provides in meaningful, low risk ways. There is much we can do to “Adapt and Adopt” Join us as we explore and shed light on our early successes.
