Hi All!
We recently encountered an issue with high bounces on email sends due to a Microsoft threshold on inboxes...
- Microsoft placed a limit of ~3600 emails to an inbox in a hour
- We use a BCC inbox for capturing emails for Global Relay
- Sending bulk investor updates may exceed 3600 recipients - so we are experiencing high bounces
- Short term solution: Throttle our sends per hour
- Long term solution: What have others done to avoid the bounces?
